TheKnifeWP Resubmitted

Well I had to make a couple changes to my theme, so it is now TheKnifeWP 1.1, but they have been made and it has been resubmitted. Hopefully here soon I will  have my first theme in the WordPress theme collection.

I have updated the theme in the demo section and also in the downloads.
